Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Marketing Tele callers to join our team at Pathfinder. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with students and parents, explain Pathfinder’s courses, and guide them toward suitable programs. This is a sales-oriented role with clear growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: Tele caller sales executive

• Make outbound calls to students and parents from the given database.
• Explain Pathfinder’s various courses, features, and benefits in a clear and engaging manner.
• Understand the academic needs of students and recommend the right courses.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
• Maintain records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Meet daily/weekly call and admission targets.
• Provide accurate information and offer excellent customer experience.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Bengali / Hindi / English).
• Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to handle student and parent queries patiently.
• Sales mindset and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome.
• Minimum Qualification: Graduate.
• Must be comfortable with tele calling and counselling students.
