Key Responsibilities 1. Outbound & Inbound Calls o Make outbound calls to potential customers from leads, walk-ins, enquiries, referrals. o Receive and respond to inbound calls from customers interested in two-wheelers (petrol & electric). 2. Lead Management o Maintain and update the leads database (CRM) with call details, follow-ups, status. o Qualify leads: understand customer needs, budget, vehicle type preference (petrol vs electric), purchase timeline. 3. Customer Information & Product Knowledge o Have good knowledge of the brands & models of two-wheelers that Evice offers. o Explain features, benefits, financing options, test drive availability. 4. Follow-Ups & Scheduling o Schedule test drives or showroom visits for qualified customers. o Follow up with prospects to drive decision-making and close appointments. 5. Target Achievement o Achieve daily / weekly / monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, appointments, conversions. o Maintain call quality 6. Coordination o Coordinate with Sales / Finance / Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. o Update team on customer feedback, objections, market trends. 7. Reporting o Provide regular reports on call metrics (number of calls made, positive leads, scheduled visits, conversions). o Highlight challenges, propose improvements. Skills & Qualifications Minimum 10+2 / High School (or as per company norm); additional education is a plus. Prior experience in tele-calling / customer service / sales (preferably in automotive / auto-dealerships / EV / 2-wheeler sector) is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English + local language(s). Good listening skills, ability to handle objections. Basic computer skills – CRM, MS Excel, typing, data entry. Working Conditions & Other Details Working hours: 10 AM to 7 PM Incentives / bonus linked to performance (appointments, conversions). Travel (if needed) to meet leads or for test drives. Training will be provided on product knowledge, sales process, CRM etc. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Work Location: In person
