We are hiring a Telecaller & Sales Executive (B2C + B2B) for our Raipur office at Dusala India.
This role needs someone who is hardcore with telecalling, confident, fast, and good at following up.
Responsibilities:
B2C:
• Daily calling to customers
• Follow-up with old clients
• Calling abandoned checkout customers
• Managing WhatsApp & Instagram enquiries
• Supporting online order coordination
B2B (Hardcore Telecalling):
• Calling boutiques, stores, and multi-brand retailers
• Doing LinkedIn outreach to brands & buyers
• Fixing appointments, pitching Dusala products
• Maintaining a strong follow-up pipeline
• Basic research on brands + updating client sheets
Reporting & Operations:
• Daily Excel reporting (calls, follow-ups, responses)
• Maintaining customer and brand databases
• Coordinating with the Raipur & Delhi teams for deliveries, sampling, and responses
Requirements:
• Strong communication (Hindi + English)
• Must be confident on phone calls
• Ability to handle both B2C & B2B calling smoothly
• Comfortable with Excel, WhatsApp Web, LinkedIn outreach
• Strong follow-up habit
• Full-time, on-site role in Raipur
