Telecaller - Sales

The Telecaller position at Deejos involves engaging with potential customers through enquiry calls, website inquiries, and cold calls to promote architectural construction packages. Your primary responsibility is to provide detailed information about Deejos" services, encourage office visits for consultations with architects, and maintain customer interest through regular follow-ups. In this role, you will be expected to handle customer queries professionally, build positive relationships with both potential and existing customers, and address concerns promptly. Keeping accurate records of all customer interactions, follow-ups, and call activities is essential, along with preparing regular reports on customer feedback and outcomes. To qualify for this position, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in a related field being advantageous. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is required, along with a proven track record of meeting targets and handling customer interactions effectively. Key skills for this role include excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong persuasive and negotiation skills, and proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, you should have the capability to understand and explain technical details of architectural construction packages, along with good organizational and time management skills.,
