Position : Telecaller Location: Pune, Sadashiv Peth Job Type: [Full-time/Part-time] About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing product or service information, answering queries, and generating leads to support our sales team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers. Introduce products or services clearly and persuasively. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system. Achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall sales growth. Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives. Skills & Qualifications: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive and confident phone manner.
