Job Title: Telecaller Job Summary: A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services, gather information, or generate leads. They act as the first point of contact for customers and must effectively communicate and build rapport over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers as per the provided list or database. Introduce products or services and explain their benefits to customers. Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales as per company goals. Maintain a record of calls made and customer responses. Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management. Update customer information in the database accurately. Collaborate with the sales or marketing team to improve outreach strategies. Skills & Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Persuasive and confident telephone manner. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude * Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus Working Conditions: Typically office-based with fixed working hours. May require handling high call volumes and working under pressure.
