Royal Derma operates dermatology centers in Dwarka, Delhi, equipped with expert dermatologists and the latest treatments and laser technologies. Currently, we have two centers based in Dwarka, providing specialized care and advanced dermatological solutions.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Dwarka. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our services, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining detailed records of calls and client interactions. The role requires interacting with customers professionally and courteously, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in telecalling or customer service roles
Ability to handle high-volume calls and maintain professionalism
Proficiency in basic computer applications and record-keeping
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or communication are beneficial
