Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our sales team focused on solar panel solutions. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our solar energy products and services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the field sales team. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads. Explain the benefits and cost savings of installing solar panels. Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, and installation. Generate interest and qualify leads based on customer needs and budget. Schedule appointments for site surveys or follow-up calls by field executives. Maintain a record of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM system. Meet daily and weekly calling and conversion targets. Handle customer objections professionally and provide accurate information. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for smooth lead handover.
