Schedule appointments for site surveys or follow-up calls by field executives. Maintain a record of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM system. Meet daily and weekly calling and conversion targets. Handle customer objections professionally and provide accurate information. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for smooth lead handover.
