Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Outbound calls: Make cold calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, generate interest, and qualify leads.
  • Lead management: Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, nurture existing prospects, and update the customer database with accurate information.
  • Appointment setting: Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Sales and persuasion: Explain course benefits, answer questions, and persuade customers to move forward in the sales process.
  • Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Goal achievement: Work to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team's performance.
