Job Description

Job Title: Telle Caller cum CRM Location: Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Follow up on leads and maintain call logs and reports.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
Track customer interactions, feedback, and service requests.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
Generate CRM reports and assist in data analysis for customer insights.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling).
