You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates primarily via phone calls and basic online platforms. Key Responsibilities: Make 100+ outbound calls per day to potential candidates. Source candidates for bulk hiring from job portals, referrals, WhatsApp, and field sourcing. Explain job roles, company details, and salary structures clearly to candidates. Schedule interviews and follow up to ensure attendance. Maintain daily records of calls, responses, and candidate status. Coordinate with internal recruiters and hiring managers for updates. Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets. Requirements:Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, telesales, or customer service. Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls. Basic computer and data entry skills. Prior experience in bulk hiring is an added advantage. Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
