Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage telephone calls, respond to queries, and provide accurate information to clients.
  • Handle incoming calls, take messages, and forward them to relevant personnel when necessary.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document scanning, and filing.
  • Assist in lead generation by following up on leads generated through various channels (e.g., social media).
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times during phone conversations with customers.

  • 1-5 years of experience in real estate sales or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in calling software applications for efficient call management.
