Our company is India's leading assessment platform where students can earn real money by taking academic exams. We also reward users with Scholars Points (SP) for referrals and completing various tasks. We are a dynamic and growing company in the EdTech space, creating exciting opportunities for students across the country.

Job Summary:

As the first point of contact for our company, the Telecaller Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional image. This dual-role involves expertly managing our front desk and handling all telephone communications, ensuring a positive experience for every visitor and caller.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests and clients at our Hyderabad office in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
Provide accurate information about our company platform in-person and via phone/email.
Direct calls to the appropriate personnel and take detailed messages.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and managing daily mail/deliveries.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
Maintain and update contact databases and employee lists.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or in a similar customer-facing role.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Language: Excellent proficiency in Hindi and English (both verbal and written). Knowledge of Telugu is a plus.
