Job Description: Telecaller – Backend Customer Support

Location: Kochi (Office-Based)
Work Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Saturday)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000

Role Overview:

Primeiro Innovative Solutions is seeking a Telecaller – Backend Customer Support professional to handle post-sales customer interactions for Vodafone Idea. The role involves confirming completed sales, collecting customer details, explaining plan benefits, and assisting with payment collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to confirm sales and validate details.
• Collect and update customer information accurately.
• Communicate Vodafone Idea plan features and benefits.
• Assist customers with payment collection and follow-ups.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Ensure a smooth post-sales experience and resolve queries professionally.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in Malayalam; basic English proficiency preferred.
• Previous experience in customer support or telecalling is an advantage.
• Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism.
• Basic computer knowledge for data entry and record maintenance.
• Goal-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
