Job Description: Telecaller About the Role We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting our products/services, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to prospective customers as per the leads provided. • Answer incoming calls promptly and resolve customer queries. • Promote and explain products/services to potential clients. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups. • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. • Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers. • Handle customer complaints in a professional manner. • Provide feedback to management to improve customer experience and sales strategies.
