Generating interest: Persuading customers to consider applying for a loan by highlighting benefits and addressing their needs. 2. Customer Interaction and Engagement: Answering queries: Addressing customer inquiries regarding loan products, application processes, and repayment terms. Understanding customer needs: Asking clarifying questions to understand customer financial situations and loan requirements. Providing solutions: Recommending suitable loan options based on individual customer needs and financial circumstances. 3. Application Assistance and Follow-up: Guiding through application: Helping customers navigate the loan application process, providing necessary documents, and answering questions. Follow-up on leads: Following up with potential customers to convert leads into applications and approved loans. Maintaining customer records: Keeping accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up actions within the CRM system. 4. Sales and Target Achievement: Meeting sales targets: Achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets for loan approvals or new customer acquisitions.
