Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Health Advisor Telecaller to join our sales team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining product benefits, handling queries, and driving sales conversions through effective communication.” Key Responsibilities:Make outbound/inbound calls to potential customers. Explain products/services clearly and persuasively. Maintain customer records and update CRM systems. Handle customer queries and provide suitable solutions. Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Collect customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
