The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with queries, maintain accurate data records, and support our customer relationship processes. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner Provide information about healthcare products and services Manage and update customer databases with accuracy Follow up with leads and ensure timely responses Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Support the team with daily reporting and coordination tasks Required Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in any discipline Minimum 1-2 years of telecalling or customer support experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using basic computer applications (MS Excel, etc.) Ability to handle customer objections and queries confidently Why Join Us?
