The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, providing information about our products/services, and driving sales through effective communication. This role is essential in building customer relationships and contributing to the overall success of our business. Key Responsibilities:  Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.  Present and promote our products/services via phone in a clear and professional manner.  Understand customer needs and provide appropriate responses and solutions.  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.  Follow up on customer inquiries and feedback to ensure satisfaction.  Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.  Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective communication strategies.  Provide exceptional customer service and support during calls.  Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities. Qualifications:  High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.  Previous experience in a telecalling or sales role is an advantage.  Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs.  Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  Ability to handle objections and resolve issues effectively.  A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
