Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up with inbound inquiries. Explain project details, pricing, location benefits, and the USP of Nanak Group properties clearly and convincingly. Share digital brochures and project links via WhatsApp, email, or SMS. Schedule site visits in coordination with the sales and field marketing teams. Maintain and update lead data using CRM tools and Google Forms. Handle initial queries and objections confidently, and guide prospects through the early stages of the sales funnel. Follow up persistently with warm leads and ensure timely reminders for visits or meetings. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure lead conversion strategies are aligned. Gather feedback from customers and report common queries or concerns. Prepare daily call logs and performance reports.
