Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Personal Loan Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new clients, explaining personal loan products, ensuring documentation, and achieving monthly loan disbursement targets. Key Responsibilities:Source potential customers through direct sales, leads, cold calls, and digital platforms Assess customers' financial needs and explain personal loan products & eligibility Collect and verify KYC documents and other loan application requirements Coordinate with operations for smooth disbursement and processing Maintain relationships with clients for cross-selling opportunities Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs Keep up-to-date with product features, interest rates, and RBI regulations Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred) Proven track record in field sales, especially loans or financial products Strong interpersonal and communication skills Basic understanding of credit, finance, and documentation Goal-oriented and self-motivated Benefits:Attractive incentive structure On-the-job training and career growth Travel allowance (if applicable) Performance-based bonuses Preferred Backgrounds:Candidates from BFSI, DSA, NBFC, or microfinance sectors Fresher with good communication and passion for sales may also apply
