Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate Location: Tower-B, Logix Technova, Sector 132, Noida Job Type: [Full-Time/Part-Time] Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply) About Us: The Capital Homes is a leading real estate company specializing in [residential/commercial/mixed-use projects]. With 12 years of experience, we have successfully delivered numbers of projects and helped countless clients find their dream property. We are now looking for energetic and motivated Telecallers to join our sales team. Key Responsibilities: ● Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads. ● Generate interest in our real estate projects and schedule site visits or appointments for the sales team. ● Follow-up with prospects regularly to ensure engagement. ● Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system. ● Provide information about property specifications, pricing, and offers. ● Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Pleasant phone etiquette with a persuasive and friendly tone. ● Basic knowledge of real estate concepts ● Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. ● Good organizational and time management skills. ● Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
