Join Meta Scifor Technologies as a Telecaller and become an integral part of our dynamic sales team. This remote position is designed for driven individuals who excel in sales and communication. As a Telecaller, your role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our products and services to drive sales growth.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, between 10 AM to 7 PM (6 hours of work, flexible within this time frame).

Call Targets:

• Daily:

  At least 35 picked calls.

• Monthly:

  At least 700 picked calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and offer customized solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads.
• Effectively communicate the value propositions of our products.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team for effective lead generation and conversion.

Requirements:

• Experience in telesales or telecalling, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and results-driven approach.

Additional Information:

• This is a remote, full-time position.
• The base salary is ₹15,000, with additional performance-based bonuses.
• The monthly salary can go up to ₹30,000, depending on your performance.
