Job Title: Tele calling executive Location: [Noida/Branch sector 15] Company: Marg consulting Services private limited – MBBS & Career Counselling Services Industry: Education / Abroad Consulting / MBBS Admission Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply) --- Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents about MBBS admissions in India and Abroad (Russia, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Armenia, etc.) Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and email queries. Guide students regarding eligibility, documentation, and admission processes of medical universities. Maintain follow-ups with prospective students and convert leads into admissions. Coordinate with university partners and ensure smooth application processing. Organize and conduct webinars, seminars, and school/college outreach programs. Keep accurate records of student interactions using CRM/Excel. Stay updated with changing admission guidelines, NMC norms, and visa processes. --- Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi. Convincing ability and active listening skills. Knowledge of Indian and International education systems (especially MBBS India/Abroad). Target-oriented and self-motivated.
