Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Tele callers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of educational technology, student academic needs, and a passion for guiding parents toward the right learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective parents and students.
• Explain our tuition services, edtech offerings (AI tools, AR/VR classrooms), and how we support student success.
• Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Maintain call logs, lead status, and daily reports.
• Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and regional language (Malayalam preferred).
• Basic knowledge of EdTech tools, online tuition systems, and modern learning technologies.
• Prior experience in customer service or tele calling (especially in the education sector) is a plus.
• Ability to understand and explain academic solutions confidently.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
