About the Role

Telecaller / Lead Conversion Executive

In this role, you will engage with potential leads, explain the app’s benefits, and convert them into active users. If you are persuasive, target-driven, and passionate about helping businesses grow, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and engage potential leads interested in promoting their business on Shuru App.
  • Explain app features, benefits, and pricing packages.
  • Convert leads into active users with high closing efficiency.
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up with clients.
  • Provide feedback to improve sales pitches and user experience.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English required).
  • Target-driven with a proven track record in lead conversion.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing / SaaS / app-based sales is a plus.
