Job Role: Telecaller / Telesales Executive

You will call potential customers, explain loan products, understand their requirements and schedule meetings or document pickup.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound calling for loan products (PL, BL, HL etc.)
• Explaining product details in a clear and professional manner
• Convert leads into appointments
• Maintain call logs and update CRM
• Achieve daily/weekly calling & conversion targets
• Perform follow-ups and build customer relationships

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English optional)
• Confidence and positive attitude
• Ability to handle customer queries
• Goal and target-driven mindset
• Basic computer knowledge
