Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and generating leads or sales. You should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential/existing customers to inform them about services.
• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
• Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Schedule appointments for sales or service teams.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Provide feedback on customer trends to team leads or management.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Tech Knowledge)
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience as a telecaller, telesales, or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [English, Hindi].
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
• Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
• Good listening skills and customer service orientation.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Fluency in multiple languages.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM (Monday to friday)
