About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Making outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products or services, answer questions, and ultimately closing sales. 2. Presenting products or services, highlighting benefits and addressing customer concerns. 3. Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers, providing excellent customer service and handling inquiries. 4. Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies. 5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system. 6. Generating sales reports using the CRM.
