Job Description

Company Name: Jisha Enterprise Pvt Ltd Department: Collection Location: Surat Designation : Tele Caller (Collection) Salary and Benefits : 16000-20000 call and send your resume to 9879077093. Roles and Responsibility: Make outbound calls to customers/parties regarding pending and overdue payments. Follow up with customers for payment commitments and ensure timely collections. Coordinate with the sales team, accounts department, and dispatch team to resolve any payment-related issues. Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, collection status, and update in ERP/Google Sheets. Send payment reminders via call, WhatsApp, and email. Understand customer ledger, outstanding balance, debit/credit notes, and clarify queries. Prepare monthly attendance summary and submit to accounts/payroll team. Escalate cases of delayed or disputed payments to senior management. Build positive relationships with customers while maintaining a firm and professional approach. Achieve monthly collection targets as assigned by management.
