We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Tele caller. This role involves contacting individuals for upselling. Fluent English communication skills are required. Key Responsibilities: Contact individuals via telephone for upselling. Follow a provided script to ensure consistent communication. Record and update information accurately in our system. Address any questions or concerns from individuals in a clear and polite manner. Maintain a professional and courteous tone throughout all interactions. Qualifications: Fluent English proficiency (speaking and understanding). Ability to follow instructions and adhere to a script. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Prior experience in customer service or telemarketing is a plus, but not required.
