Job Description

A Telecaller's job involves making and receiving calls to sell products/services, generate leads, and provide customer support, requiring strong communication, persuasion, and data entry skills, using CRM software to manage interactions, meet targets, and resolve issues while maintaining professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

Contact potential and existing customers to promote offerings, explain features, and persuade them to buy or schedule appointments.

Inbound Calls:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns, offering solutions and information.

Lead Management:
Follow up on leads, generate new ones, and update customer details in the CRM system.

Sales & Targets:
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Data & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of calls, transactions, and customer feedback.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Communication:
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
