Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Services Agent / Sr. Customer Service Agent Live Chat to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support through live chat interactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to handle objections effectively. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers via live chat, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries. Utilize persuasive speaking skills to address customer concerns and objections, ensuring a positive experience. Demonstrate proficiency in basic computer operations and MS Office to manage customer interactions efficiently. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance overall service delivery. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices. Work on a rotating schedule to provide support during peak hours and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: 1 to 6 years of experience in customer service or a related field. Strong persuasive speaking and objection handling skills. Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service. Outstanding writing skills to communicate effectively with customers. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary of 3,50,000 .
