Job Description

Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products/services, generate leads, and promote offers.  Inbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, resolve complaints, and address any issues promptly.  Sales & Lead Generation: Pitch products/services, understand customer needs, and convert prospects into customers to achieve sales goals.  Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, provide excellent customer service, and gauge customer feedback to identify opportunities.  Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, update CRM databases, and document sales information and follow-up requirements.  Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value to customers.  Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and other teams to align strategies, improve campaign effectiveness, and achieve organizational goals.   Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets set by management.   Process Adherence: Follow telecalling scripts, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines to ensure professionalism and compliance.
