· Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads for software products.
· Explain features, benefits, and pricing of software solutions clearly and persuasively.
· Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp as needed.
· Schedule demos or meetings for the sales team with interested prospects.
· Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools.
· Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
· Handle customer queries and provide prompt responses.
· Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaigns and follow-ups.
· Proven experience (1–3 years) in telecalling, preferably in software/SaaS product sales.
· Good understanding of software products and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
· Familiarity with lead tracking systems.
· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
· Ability to handle objections and turn around difficult conversations.
· Experience in B2B software sales or SaaS domain.
· Basic understanding of the IT industry and digital tools.
