Role Overview:

The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, reaching out to potential and existing customers, explaining hearing aid services and products, booking appointments, and ensuring excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads, inquiries, and existing clients to promote hearing check-ups and hearing aid products.
• Handle inbound calls - respond to queries regarding appointments, products, and services.
• Schedule appointments for hearing tests, follow-up visits, and fittings.
• Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate details and call notes.
• Follow up with clients who missed appointments or pending fittings/payments.
• Provide information on ongoing offers, new models, and after-sales services.
• Coordinate with the audiologist and front office for smooth client handling.
• Handle client feedback, escalate complaints when necessary, and ensure timely resolution.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling/appointment targets.
• Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic tone with all customers.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• 0-2 years in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare call centre preferred.
• Excellent communication in [English/local language(s)]
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software)
• Persuasive and customer-oriented approach
• Good listening and problem-solving skills

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.

Work Environment:

• Based at the Chennai Head Centre, with coordination across other locations as needed.
• Regular interaction with clinical, sales, and support teams.
