Role Overview

You will handle outbound calls to architects, builders, contractors, and potential clients. Your job is to generate qualified leads, fix appointments, and maintain consistent follow-ups. If you struggle with discipline or avoid calls, this role will not suit you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make daily outbound calls to targeted prospects
  • Present company services clearly and confidently
  • Qualify leads based on requirements and decision ability
  • Fix meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain proper call logs and follow-up schedules
  • Meet daily call targets and weekly lead goals
  • Handle objections without hesitation
  • Share prospect feedback to improve sales messaging

Requirements

  • Strong communication in Malayalam
  • Comfortable working independently from home
  • No fear of calling and following up
  • Disciplined with targets
  • Telecalling or inside sales experience is a plus
  • Basic understanding of construction or MEP is an advantage
