Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for making and receiving calls to communicate with potential and existing customers, explain products or services, address inquiries, and resolve issues professionally. Additional tasks include maintaining call records, following up with clients, and effectively managing customer relationships to achieve set targets. Qualifications :Education : Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred. Experience : 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role. Skills: Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills (in English, Hindi, and/or regional language). Persuasive and confident with strong negotiation skills. Good listening and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer and CRM knowledge. Key Competencies : Positive attitude and self-motivation. Customer-focused approach.
