Job Description

Medi Events is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients, explaining our event-related services, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring timely follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Explain Medi Events’ services clearly and professionally.
• Maintain strong follow-up with clients regarding inquiries, proposals, and ongoing projects.
• Record customer details, feedback, and requirements accurately.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams when required.
• Meet daily/weekly call and follow-up targets.

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to convince and engage clients effectively.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office/CRM entry).
• Patience, professionalism, and positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Any degree / Higher Secondary.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Work Location: Coimbatore Salary: Upto 20k
