Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, guiding them through course offerings, and assisting them in making informed admission decisions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to incoming inquiries.
• Counsel students and parents on Hackveda’s courses, training programs, and career benefits.
• Provide complete information regarding admission procedures, eligibility, fees, and timelines.
• Maintain and update records of student interactions in CRM/database.
• Follow up with leads regularly to ensure conversions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to optimize counseling strategies.
• Attend workshops, seminars, or events for student engagement when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Education).
• Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).
• Strong persuasive and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is desirable.
