Telecallers

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students/clients and handle inbound inquiries.
• Explain study abroad opportunities, admission processes, and available services clearly and confidently.
• Generate leads, follow up consistently, and maintain a high conversion rate.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, feedback, and lead status.
• Work closely with the counseling team to schedule appointments and ensure smooth client engagement.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Prior experience in telecalling/inside sales/customer service (education/visa consultancy experience preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages will be an advantage).
• Goal-oriented, persuasive, and able to handle objections confidently.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
