You will be responsible for making outbound calls and conducting regular follow-ups on calls/leads assigned to you. Additionally, you will be answering inbound calls and addressing customer queries related to our services. Your role will require excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, along with a high productivity rate. Providing exceptional customer service will be a key aspect of this position, and you will be expected to maintain records of all calls made. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in an outbound call center. A minimum of 1 year of Tele-sales/Voice-based Support experience is mandatory for this role. Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English is essential. Moreover, strong communication skills in Hindi will be an added advantage.
