Floor Plan Artist & 3D visualiser

As a Junior Floor Plan Artist & 3D Visualiser, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team based in Delhi, Bhubaneswar, or Kolkata. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with architects and designers to create accurate 3D visualizations of floor plans and building exteriors. Your proficiency in AutoCAD is crucial for drafting and designing floor plans, while your experience with 3D rendering software will be essential for producing high-quality visual content. Additionally, expertise in Adobe Photoshop for post-production and image enhancement is mandatory for this role. Utilizing your skills in SketchUp for 3D modeling and rendering, ArchiCAD for creating intelligent architectural designs, and BIM technology for construction planning and management tasks will be key aspects of your daily tasks. Experience with Revit for building information modeling and strong space planning skills will also play a significant role in optimizing architectural layouts. You will be responsible for developing detailed 2D and 3D model designs using AutoCAD, performing photo-realistic rendering, and enhancing visual presentation through post-production processes. Feedback from clients and team members will guide you in refining visual concepts and designs to ensure high standards of visual quality and precision in all deliverables. Keeping abreast of the latest trends and software in architectural visualization and 3D imaging is essential for this role. Your creative input for project presentations and design improvements will be highly valued within the team.
