TELECALLER

Eduint4u Consultancy Pvt Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our growing team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, explaining our consultancy services, and generating leads while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to inform them about our consultancy services.

Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries in a polite and professional manner.

Provide accurate information regarding courses, universities, admission procedures, and consultancy services.

Generate and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into appointments.

Maintain detailed records of calls, inquiries, and client feedback.

Schedule appointments or counseling sessions for interested clients.

Follow up with existing leads and clients to ensure timely communication.

Coordinate with counselors and internal teams to ensure smooth client handling.

Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance goals.

Requirements:

Minimum Plus Two / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales are welcome.

Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (spoken).

Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle rejection and work under targets.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools is an advantage).

Female candidates preferred.
