ey Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and respond to patient queries professionally and courteously.
Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, patient inquiries, or feedback.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors, counselors, and other departments.
Maintain and update patient databases, call records, and follow-up details.
Provide information about IVF treatments, services, and packages (training will be provided).
Coordinate between marketing and front office teams for patient conversion and support.
Handle patient feedback and escalate complex queries to the concerned department.
Ensure confidentiality and sensitivity while dealing with patient information.
Assist in telemarketing campaigns and promotional follow-up calls.
Maintain call targets, conversion rates, and daily reporting as per organizational standards.
