Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller
Location: Kolkata

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and source new business opportunities through inbound leads, outbound calls, and emails.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
Promote and generate sales of Accounting Software & Apps through telecalling.
Qualify opportunities and schedule online product demonstrations with decision-makers.
Manage deal closures, invoicing, and payment collections.
Maintain accurate records and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, ensuring post-sales support.
Consistently achieve assigned sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Prior experience in Telecalling / BPO (Outbound Sales) with strong marketing and persuasion skills.
Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
