Key Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation:
Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
· Sales Presentations:
Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients, both over the phone and in person.
· Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
· Closing Sales:
Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
· Database Management:
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, updating databases, and tracking sales progress.
· Sales Target Achievement:
Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to overall team performance.
· Problem Solving:
Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department.
· Market Research:
Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
· Reporting:
Providing regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market feedback to management.
· Field Sales:
Visiting clients at their locations, conducting presentations, and closing deals in person.
· Coordination:
Working with other team members (sales, marketing, etc.) to develop and implement sales strategies.
Skills Required:
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
· Sales Skills: Persuasion, negotiation, and closing techniques to drive sales.
· Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport with customers and maintaining positive relationships.
· Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving customer issues effectively.
· Time Management: Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing leads, and meeting deadlines.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software, databases, and other sales tools.
· Product Knowledge: Understanding the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
· Resilience: Handling rejection and objections professionally.
· Adaptability: Adjusting to changing priorities and market conditions
