JD of Tele Caller Job Title: Tele calling Executive – Insurance Assignment Process Experience: 6 months to 1 year Location: Palam Vihar Vyapar Kendra, Gurgaon Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers for insurance-related assignments (policy renewals, document collection, claim updates, etc.) Explain insurance policies and procedures clearly and professionally. Coordinate with internal teams to process customer requests efficiently. Maintain and update customer records and call logs in the CRM system. Follow up with clients for pending documents or confirmations. Handle customer queries and concerns with patience and empathy. Requirements: Minimum 0 months to 1 year of experience in tele calling or customer service, preferably in the insurance or BFSI sector. Good communication skills in English and regional languages. Basic knowledge of insurance processes (life/general/health insurance preferred). Familiarity with MS Office Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
