We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and enthusiastic female candidate to join our team as a Telecaller. The role involves connecting with potential customers, sharing details about our products/services, and generating qualified leads.

The role requires a professional yet friendly approach while maintaining a positive attitude on calls. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates to start their career in sales & customer engagement, with training, guidance, and growth opportunities provided by the company.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain product features and benefits in a clear, engaging manner.
Maintain a professional and friendly conversation tone with customers.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Keep proper records of calls and update customer details.

Skill Requirements

Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
Pleasant voice and confident speaking style
Good listening ability and persuasive skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
